Really cute to see America play game of “Big Military Parade”

As flatbread trucks carry tanks into Washington D.C. for a military parade this weekend, commentators in China have gushing about the cuteness of the occasion. One resident in Shenzen shared that he found the little parade to be adorable. “I really love that they’re apparently not even going to parade at least 6 rows of intercontinental ballistic missiles flanked by 16 divisions of armored tank. It’s just the sweetest little spectacle.” Another resident in Beijing posted on Weibo Chat “America, please know that we all are proud of you here in China. You can do this!”

Chinese military leaders have looked on like a proud father watching his child learn to ride a bike. “We’re really proud of the United States. I am genuinely worried about the quality of their infrastructure given how much their streets are crumbling, but hey, this is part of the learning curve. Welcome to the international community!”
